Our mission is to provide meaningful and authentic events and opportunities for women to come together to share their faith and learn from - and with one another. No matter where you are on your journey, we will always be a place just for you!
Inspired by the relationship between Our Blessed Mother, Mary and her beloved cousin, Saint Elizabeth, ENCOUNTER GRACE is an organization dedicated to helping women build community, one grace-filled encounter at a time. Scripture tells us that Mary and Elizabeth shared a special bond, making the effort to stay connected despite being separated by miles, age and circumstance, all the while keeping Christ at the center of their relationship. And so with this relationship as our model, our mission is to create authentic, engaging opportunities where women can come together, encountering and witnessing each other's stories, sharing this thing we call life, all while having a few laughs along the way.
Just as Mary and Elizabeth journeyed together, we hope that no matter where you are on your own faith journey, you will find friendship and joy with the women you encounter at one of our events.
Anytime you can connect and enjoy time with other of women of faith it is truly so special! Encounter Grace events do just that.
Working with our incredible team, our events are designed with YOU in mind. Whether you attend one of our signature Let’s Talk About It nights, join a book study in person or online or come to on our conferences, our goal is that you will meet new people, leave feeling loved, and encountered Christ along the way.
For women, by women, our blog is a snapshot of what is on our hearts and minds. Sometimes intense, sometimes whimsical, our goal is to share our lives with you, to connect with you on a deeper level and maybe inspire you to write something of your own!
I am a firm believer that our God is a God who connects the dots of our lives, weaving our stories together so that we ebb and flow, meeting and encountering one another at just the right time. I like to think this is #HowWeEncounterGrace.
